The Internet of Things (IoT) has all the potential to bring immense value to every company, by enabling them to connect all things, people, and environments, which unlock tremendous organizational value and achieve feats that will truly seem like magic.
Process / Methodology
We follow standard Agile methods for our project delivery.
- Sprint Planning
- Priorities the features desired by the client /customer.
- Scrum meetings (every 24 hrs.), Plan for the Day, any Huddles.
- Add what not done in sprint backlog and include in next sprint.
- Deliver the Potentially Shippable product.
- Review Product Backlog
- Estimate the Sprint and Commit (2-4 weeks of sprint).
- Sprint Review (Demo client and capture what not done).
- Sprint backlog iteration till the last sprint.
